Gene Wesley is the General Manager of Community Futures Lac La Biche. He has been the owner of an A&W franchise, started and sold a limousine company, and cannot stop coming up with a new business idea every week. He loves “the next new idea” that he can help someone with and works with them to find new opportunities and avoid pitfalls.
Entrepreneurship isn’t for everyone and he believes that you must love what you do or you won’t keep up with it during the hard times. He finds that by looking at a business idea it will make more sense or less and that if someone is coachable and flexible that every idea can start in some way. He understands that all entrepreneurs deal with their own unique sets of personal challenges, and enjoys being able to talk with people from every background and situation.
He is comfortable being available for coaching sessions in-person, by telephone, by webcam, or any combination that works best for the client and mutual schedules.
